F&N is thrilled to announce the promotion of Jen Rorke to Group Account Director and Justin Theroux to Sr. Designer.
“Ask any of our employees, clients and partners, and they’ll tell you that Jen is, and has always been, a cornerstone of our company’s culture,” said Mark Bubula, Co-founder/President. “You can also track our growth curve back to Jen’s hire date several years ago. Great things just kinda happen whenever she’s involved.” When lovingly pushed for a quote for the third time in as many days, Rorke added, “As Friends & Neighbors has grown, I’ve been given the runway for my own personal growth as well. I look forward to mirroring F&N’s continued expansion… I just don’t want to see it on my thighs or mid-section.”
Joining Jen on a rise in the ranks is Justin Theroux, who will now be helping shape F&N’s creative department in the role of Sr. Designer. “Justin has so much raw design talent and instinct it’s almost unfair,” says Tom Fugleberg, Co-Founder/Creative Lead. “Add to that a tremendous work ethic, a passion to mentor and a set of sharp strategic sensibilities, you have the makings of someone who will do big things in our industry.” Theroux, equally as hesitant to offer a few words for the sake of earn a little well-deserved ink, humbly offered, “It’s great being a creative at a place that has such a strong strategic backbone and strong client relationships. Both lead directly to great, meaningful work. I look forward to this next step at F&N.”
